As our Head Barista, you'll be at the forefront of our coffee service, ensuring every cup reflects our commitment to quality. With the confidence to handle 6-7kgs of coffee independently, you'll run the show with finesse, all while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our valued regulars.

Our cafe, renowned for its handmade baked goods and distinctive Mediterranean brunch fare, operates Tuesday through Sunday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support with our mates at 9 Yards coffee, empowering you to hone your skills and grow in your coffee career. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of head barista experience, fluency in communication, and proficiency in equipment maintenance tasks like grinder adjustments and machine cleaning. Availability over weekends is essential, but we're flexible with our staffs needs.

Seeking full-time commitment, we offer 40-45 hours per week with competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
