Position: Part-Time Barista (with potential to grow)
Location: Just Planet Roastery & Retail, Sunbury
Pay: Above Award Level 2 (commensurate with experience)
Start Date: ASAP, ideally before 15th September

What We’re Looking For:

Pro Barista Skills: You know your way around an espresso machine and take pride in every cup you serve.
Sales/Retail Skills: Ideally, you can engage with customers, explain our coffee products, and make recommendations to walk-ins.
Long-Term Team Member: We’re not just filling a position—we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and build a long-term career in coffee.

Flexible Schedule: Negotiable days with no peak weekend demands. We care about work-life balance, and with no food service, our weekends aren’t crazy busy.
Above Award Pay: We offer competitive pay above Award Level 2, with room for growth as you develop in your role.
Part-Time with Potential: Start part-time, but the role will grow as needed.
