Barista & Front of House All-Rounder
Location: 107 Carwar Avenue Carss Park
Hour: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Barista & Front of House All-Rounder to join our café team! Situated in a beautiful location with a water view, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent coffee, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft exceptional coffee, showcasing latte art skills.
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service.
- Assist in front-of-house duties, including taking orders, serving, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
- Maintain stock levels and restock when necessary.

Requirements:
- *Availability:* Must be available to work weekends.
- *Experience:* Proven barista experience with excellent latte art skills.
- *Customer Focus:* A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers.
- *Team Player:* Willingness to assist with all front-of-house tasks as needed.
- *Punctuality:* Reliable and able to work the required 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM shifts.
