We are seeking a Barista to join our stunning beachfront café/restaurant in South Cronulla.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to bring a fun and positive energy to our team. This position is best suited for individuals with substantial experience in specialty coffee, capable of managing a high volume of coffee and cold drink preparation independently, although there will frequently be another barista present.
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience
- available Wednesday to Sunday from 7am - 4pm (permanent shift available 3 days including one weekend day)
- handle up to 6 kg of coffee solo
- Coffee art preferable
- Dial in grinder
- Cold drink making
- opening and closing the bar
