Requirements:
Two years previous experience as a barista
Working knowledge of the full range of hot and iced coffee drinks
Latte art skills preferable but not essential
Willingness to contribute as an al-rounder as needed
Ability to manage coffee station inventory
Possess exceptional customer service skills
Interest in contributing new drink and marketing ideas
