-Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
-Work experience in the same or similar position
-Availability to work within opening hours (6 - 14:30)
-Assist the store manager to manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
-Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment

-Making coffees and smoothies
-Taking orders and processing customer's payments
-Opening / Closing store
· This is a long term position - Breakfast and Lunch.
