The Dairy Shed is a newly established café in the heart of Robertson Situated in the “The Old Robertson Cheese Factory”, on the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW — just 90 minutes from Sydney and 45 minutes from Wollongong. We’re on the lookout for passionate Baristas (full-time or part-time) who bring skill, energy, and great vibes to every shift.

About the Role
We’re after skilled, hands-on all-round baristas who enjoy being part of a close, supportive team.
You will:
 Craft consistently amazing coffee and beverages
 Deliver warm, genuine customer service
 Keep things running smoothly behind the machine and assist other team members
 Support and train junior baristas — sharing your passion and know-how
 Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail

About You
You’re not just a barista — you’re a team player who brings positivity energy and pride to every shift.
We’re looking for people who are:
 Honest, hardworking, and reliable
 Passionate about coffee and hospitality
 Flexible and adaptable in a sometimes-busy café environment
 Supportive and confident helping train others
