What you'll be doing
⦁ Operate the espresso machine to prepare a variety of coffee and drinks menu
⦁ Prior experience operating commercial espresso machines is highly valued — support and training from our coffee equipment partners can be arranged for the right candidate
⦁ Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and restocking as needed
⦁ Provide a warm and professional customer experience, confidently managing orders and inquiries while maintaining a positive and approachable presence on the floor
⦁ Keep your station clean, tidy, and compliant with all hygiene and safety standards
⦁ Collaborative nature and willingness to support the broader cafe team as needed

What we're looking for
⦁ Relevant experience: Proven experience as a barista/all rounder (minimum 2-3 years in a busy cafe).
⦁ Coffee expertise: Proficient in operating espresso machines and preparing a wide range of coffee drinks
⦁ Customer service focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
⦁ Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in a fast-paced environment
