Essence is a lovely small cafe in Neutral Bay that thrives on providing the best coffee and being part of our local community.

The role is to be our head barista and manage day to day responsibilities in running the cafe. But quite simply being the front of house barista leading a great team with big smiles, great coffee and lots of chat are the key responsibilities of this role.

The cafe is part of a larger business which includes a travel/events business and farm. As such you will have a larger business managing all the finance and other more back of office responsibilities.
