We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to lead our coffee offering in a fast-paced, high-volume café.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in consistency, speed, and quality. You will oversee coffee service, maintain high standards, and support the team during busy morning and lunch trade.

Key Responsibilities:
Dialling in and maintaining espresso quality
Leading the cafe during peak service
Training and mentoring junior baristas
Managing stock levels and ordering
Ensuring cleanliness and workflow efficiency

About You:
Minimum 2+ years barista experience
Confident working on a multi-group machine in high-volume service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
Available for morning to afternoon shifts, including weekends
