We’re seeking an exceptional Head Barista to lead our Roastery café team and uphold the standards that define our coffee program.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Head Barista within a quality-driven specialty coffee environment. We’re looking for someone highly driven, technically refined and confident in both leadership and craft.
You will take full ownership of coffee quality — from dial-ins and extraction control to workflow optimisation, consistency across service and team development. You will lead from the machine, set the pace during busy services and ensure every cup meets the highest standard.
The right person will:
• Have advanced specialty coffee knowledge across espresso and filter
• Be meticulous with brewing variables and extraction detail
• Demonstrate confident, calm leadership under pressure
• Hold exceptionally high standards around cleanliness, workflow and presentation
• Be deeply committed to consistency and continual improvement
